THE WHISTLER recalls that the deceased lost their lives after the suspected herdsmen opened fire on them on April 24, 2018, during a church service at the Makurdi Catholic Diocese.

At the mass funeral today, the Vice President condoled with the Benue State Government and families of those who lost their lives during the tragic incident.
