EDO 2024 PDP Guber Primary: Asue Ighodalo landslide victory excites the Political world

The shouting side they say, is always the winning side. It was shouts of Ighodalo! Ighodalo!! Ighodalo!!! at the Ogbemudia Stadium lawn tennis court in Benin City, Edo State, venue of the much awaited Edo 2024 Peoples Democratic Party, PDP gubernatorial primary election on Thursday.
Barr Asue Ighodalo who lived up to the prediction of political pundits and analysts has finally clinched the Edo State PDP governorship primary conducted by the NWC of the party and monitored by INEC officials.
Two aspirants, Barr. Omosede Igbinedion and Rt. Hon. Ogbeide Ihama withdrew from the contest before voting by the delegates started.
The scores as announced after counting by the Electoral Committee are as follows:
